“I am one of a very few individuals in the U.K. practising as a Functional Patterns Specialist (FP).

Functional Patterns is a uniquely holistic training system which has been created, specifically, to mimic our genetic physiological human traits.

It aims to alleviate all types of physical restriction, distortion and discomfort – such as poor posture, scoliosis, back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder and joint problems.

The results, moreover, can have lasting effects and the original issues, which were causing the problems in the first place, are less likely to recur.

I personally believe in FP as I am now able to correct all those injuries which were holding me back during my career as a professional footballer. I visited top clinics and was treated by the best physiotherapists.

No-one, however, was able to help me to prevent my knee injuries from recurring.

Only after discovering Functional Patterns and completing Human Biomechanics Specialist courses in Seattle (USA) I was able to begin to understand the complex workings of the human body and, at the same time, become empowered to heal my own injuries. I am here for those who care about their own body in terms of pain free movement.

Since I was little, I was always taught to never settle for second best, thus I never wanted to be just your “regular” PT and this is where my journey begins.
